Adjacent to Yashiro Harbor in Manai, you should be able to spot a pair of mysterious looking pyramids. Since long ago, locals have affectionately called these rocks the husband and wife Kanawa Islands.
In the past, “Shimenawa” was held mainly at the local group “Yashiro-Kanawa Islands ni Shimenawa wo kakeru kai ”, but now it is not held because the some rocks have collapsed.
The views at sunrise and sunset here are simply magical.
