A relaxing first-time SUP experience for both mind and body.

Experience Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) at the beach within Itogahama Seaside Park. Stand on the board floating on the water and enjoy a leisurely cruise at your own pace. Itogahama SUP Terrace offers a beginner-friendly course that includes basic knowledge of operating the board, equipment rental, and support during your experience.

What to Bring

Bottom: Swimwear or rash guard that dries quickly. Avoid thick fabrics like denim as they become heavy when wet.
Top: T-shirt or rash guard that does not become heavy when wet.
If wearing a wetsuit, wear a short-sleeve top and thigh-length inner wear. (Ask for details.)
In colder seasons, wear high-insulation inner wear. For head, ears, and neck: A neck warmer or hat. A fleece hat is recommended.
