Plan Description
Create a unique, handmade miso.

Experience making miso at "Abe Saburo Shoten," which has maintained its traditional methods since its founding. Miso flavor can change with weather, humidity, seasons, and even the maker’s touch and emotions. In this plan, you’ll learn directly from the third-generation "soulful miso artisan" and make a one-of-a-kind miso. "Miso has been made at home for generations. I hope you’ll experience and learn how to make it yourself at home," says the third generation.
